12 – User’s rights

• Access: the user may seek confirmation if there is an ongoing data processing affecting him and further details concerning this policy information;
• Amendment: the user may ask, should they be incorrect or incomplete, to amend or complete the provided data;
• Erasure: the user may ask his data to be erased, should they no longer be necessary for our purposes, should he want to annul his consent or oppose to the data processing, in case of an unlawful processing, if there is a legal erasure obligation or if data refer to people under the age of fourteen;
